How we spent our birthdays

Hi friends,

Hope all is well with you all.

So, my partner and I celebrated our birthdays recently. We didn't do anything extravagant but we did enjoy each others company and how we celebrated both days. To be honest, its really nice sharing the same birth month with my partner.

We both born in March, the best month in the year of course (😁 Lol). Anyways, we went to a resort in Ochi Rios, JM for my birthday and for  Peter's Birthday we went for dinner at Glorias Restaurant Port Royal, Jm.  See pictures of our moments below and stay bless until my next post.

Cucumber Apple Brownie Refeshing Juice

Hi guys!!!

So, due to the fact that I am suffering from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome I have to try my very best to improve my diet. Thus this JUICE .

I made this drink yesterday evening. I drank 3/4cup of it immediately after and placed the remainder in the refrigerator for today.

When I woke up this morning, I drank some water with a little lime and had some more of this juice about 45 mins after.

Pros about this drink:

*It requires little time to prepare
*Its all natural and healthy
*Its filled with vitamins and minerals
*It goes straight into your bloodstream

Cons about this drink:
* It lacks fiber
* detox symptom ...for me, it was just a slight head tension. (brief moment & tolerable)

The following ingredients were used:

1 cucumber
2 small carrot
2 celery stalk
1/2 sweet pepper
1 green apple
1 tomato
3/4 cup of water

Method:
1. Cut all ingredients into smaller pieces

2. Placed everything in your blender and blend
3. Strain with a strainer or cloth for a smooth drink.
4. serve in a glass.

Hope this was somewhat helpful to you. Take care and visit again. bye :-)

(2tsp) black pepper
(1tbsp) sour cream
(1 large) tomato
1/2 medium cabbage
1/2 cauliflower

3. Add coconut milk and kidney beans and let boil for 10 mins.

MY VEGETABLE PIZZA (PCOS MEAL)

Hey Lovies!!

For the past few days I have been consuming very little carbs and this is a very good movement for me, seen that I was diagnosed with PCOS 6 years ago.

So today I made this (my version) vegetable pizza for my dinner.

Ingredients: 1 Cauliflower, 1egg, spam, 2 cloves garlic, All purpose seasoning, salt, black pepper, zucchini, tomato sauce, cheddar cheese, tomato, sweet pepper and mushroom.

recommended ingredients: Parmesan Cheese

Method: 1. Boil Cauliflower (until tender)
                2. Mash cauliflower (resemble mash potato)
                3. Squeeze in cloth to remove excess water
                4. Place in a container and add egg, garlic (grated) or garlic powder, all purpose seasoning, little black pepper and parmesan cheese
5.Preheat oven
6. Make a dough with the mixture
7. Grease baking sheet and cover with baking paper
8. Spread your dough making a circle then place in oven on medium heat until the top and edges become a little golden.
9. Remove from oven, add tomato sauce, spam and vegetables
10. sprinkle toppings with salt and black pepper then finish up by adding cheddar cheese.
Place in oven until it appears ready.

Honestly, I didn't make note of time for this recipe so please pardon me. However this recipe is very simple, so I guarantee you will enjoy.

Let me know if you tried and how it was.

Thanks for reading.

SIMPLE OUTFIT: Streetfit of the day

Hey lovies!!

kalcey.ttc
make-up done by me to rock my simple outfit.

Today I want to share with you my streetfit (outfit) of the day.

I was away in New York for a few weeks with my spouse and since my bills at home weren't being paid during my absence, I had to do so today.

Jamaica my homeland is a very tropical country. Therefore, it's like summer all year round.....YEAH!!

So, today I paired a regular white shirt with one of my favorite jeans from Charlotte russe

regular white shirt

charlotte russe skin tight leggings

So, as a result of pairing the two, along with my basic accessories, here is the result.

My hair was braided by myself but it's getting worn out so I added a floral headwrap I bought from Claire's.

I loved this look and I hope you do too. SHARE with me below how you rock your shirt. Sooo, anxious to see :-) !!
